NRA Basic Personal Protection In the Home

COURSE GOAL: To develop in the students the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to the safe and efficient use of a handgun for protection of self and family, and to provide information on the law-abiding citizen’s right to self-defense.

STUDENT TEXT: NRA GUIDE to the BASICS of PERSONAL PROTECTION In the HOME

PRE-REQUISITE: NRA Basics of Pistol  Shooting or other advanced handgun shooting experience per civilian or military training class. Must be 21 years of age.

 Course Review and Examination
Classes occur on Saturday and Sunday, 4 Hours each day, for a total of 8 hours to include range time.


REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

* Handgun, owner’s manual, ammunition (200 rounds).
* No live ammunition in the classroom!
* Pens, Pencils, and notepaper
* Lockable handgun case




COST:  $ 150.00 / $200.00 AFTER MAY 1, 2012

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of  $50.00 is required to reserve a space in this class!
Course Cancellation Policy


Please note that cancellation must occur 1 week prior to the class date for a refund of deposit.  

If cancellation occurs within the week prior to the class date, the deposit could be transferred to a new class date or different person if the cancelling party is able to provide a replacement reservation for the class date.

Otherwise, the Non-Refundable deposit plus tax and credit card use fee of 3% would be charged (if a credit card was provided to make the reservation) should the course not be attended for ANY reason.

Freedom Armory may cancel a course at any time and would provide participants the opportunity to reschedule on a date provided by Freedom Armory that is suitable to their schedule.
